Founder‘s Biography
Giovanni Schlumberger is the Founder and Managing Director of Foresight Partner. He specialises in executive coaching, leadership development and advisory services for senior executives, current and future leaders of global leading companies across industries. His goal is to help, support and challenge individuals with great potential to embrace growth and master their personal and professional challenges in today‘s agile corporate world.
Previously, as passionate, and fully committed Director in Leadership Development and Global Head of Executive Coaching at the world's largest wealth manager he coached and led leadership programs for a significant number of senior leaders all over the world. With more than 20+ years of corporate experience in people, culture and organizational development of various economic service sectors, he has in-depth know-how and proficient expertise.
Giovanni performs in English, French, German and Italian. He studied clinical, industrial and organizational psychology at the Universities of Zurich in Switzerland, Vienna in Austria and Freiburg in Breisgau in Germany. And, among other qualifications, he also holds a number of globally recognized human resources and personnel development certifications, and is a multiple certified senior professional coach and active member of the International Coach Federation, the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
